The exact cost of a project cannot always be predicted. Occasionally the complexities of an alteration don't reveal themselves until we are able to open it up to begin the work. Below is a baseline to help understand the cost of common alterations

We will never complete an alteration that will cost you more than your quoted price range without your permission
